“To God be the Glory for the Spiritual Direction sessions and Rev. Ineda Adesanya. I have been attending these group sessions for about a year now and I feel so satisfied that I have learned and grown in awareness of God in my life like never before. I have benefitted from the exercises used in the sessions to bring me to the abundance of love and support God has for me. Sometimes at the end of the day and when I anxiously await the meeting to start God sends reminders though scripture, song and silence of His presence with me throughout the day. I had a most memorable moment during one class where I was led to cry uncontrollably, which is unusual for me. Personally it felt so good to release, I cannot express and the tears have not stopped yet. I feel much better and safer. My relationship with God is alive. God is present in many ways and the sessions give each member glimpses of Him and teach us how to maintain that relationship and recognize Him in our own individual lives. Rev. Adesanya has used different mediums to instruct on the presence of God, the Word of course, song, exercise and meditation are examples of tools that can be used at any time by anyone.
